  Saturday Night Live ticket requests are accepted in the
  month of August only. Audience members are selected
  through a lottery system several weeks before the show. You
  must be at least 16 years of age to participate in the studio
  audience.

  STAND-BY TICKETS are distributed at 9:00 AM on Saturday
  mornings, by the page desk in the NBC Studios lobby.  They
  operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and limit stand-by
  ticket distribution to one per person. Stand-by tickets do not
  guarantee admission, and seats are based on availability.

  Saturday Night Live has a live studio audience for two
  performances: the dress rehearsal and the live show. If you
  want to attend the dress rehearsal, you must arrive by 7:00
  PM (7:30 PM for stand-by). Arrival time for the live show is
  10:15 PM (10:30 PM for stand-by). For more information,

3. How did you figure out that Cheri Oteri is 35?
 
In the interview with Univercity Magazine Cheri said she didn't move to
LA until she was 25.  The record and US magazine (not posted on my site
yet)said that she moved to LA in 1989.  I just did the math.
